What kind of machines do you use?
Roll Mill
We have fourteen 1.5 inch roll mill lines and four 2 inch roll mill lines.
Stamping
We have six stamping presses from 100 to 800 tons with up to 60 inch x 108 inch bed size.
Welding and Fastening
We have eleven resistant welders and one robotic welder.

Traverse City Products was founded in 1982 as a metal supplier to the automotive and office furniture industries.

TCP is short for Traverse City Products. As our name suggests, we are located in Traverse City, Michigan. Traverse City is a small but highly sought after community in northern Michigan where the quality of life is important. Our air is clean, the water is pure and we strive to protect the environment.
Is TCP ISO certified?
Yes. We are ISO 9001:2015 certified for roll formings, metal stampings, weldments and assemblies for automotive and other applications. We expect to be IATF certified by 2022.

We have an extensive background in the metal forming industry. We create structural and decorative metal products for our partners. Our manufacturing capabilities include roll forming, stamping, welding, and various assembly processes.
